Tribute to Lamont Baillie, 1948 - 2020

Lamont and I were in the same law class at Glasgow University. He was also a member of the Liberal Club committee. I remember him as a gentle, warm fellow and am so sorry to read of the terrible accident which took him from us. My deepest condolences to his family. Donald R. MacLeod Q.C. Edinburgh.
